As a college student at Dillard University, Ursula worked as the team member and choreographer for Dillard Diamonds Dance Team as well as their Praise Team. Ursula trained under Roscoe Sales, Diane Sales, Patdro Harris, Jimmy Lucas, Nina Gilbreath, Waverly Lucas and Dawn Axam. Collaboratively worked with choreographers such as Juel D. Lane Nakia Henry, Kim Jones, and Duane Cyrus.
