• entrare direttamente in contatto con il responsabile sinistri dell’Agenzia in caso di necessità (per esempio per risolvere dubbi su come compilare la constatazione amichevole d’incidente, aiutarti nel caso in cui l’altro automobilista non volesse compilarla dandoti tutte le informazioni utili a chiarire la dinamica dell’incidente, o semplicemente tranquillizzarti come solo una presenza amica e conosciuta sa e può fare)
• avere sempre “in tasca” tutti i riferimenti (indirizzi, recapiti telefonici o mail, orari di apertura) dei 6 uffici che la Trezzi & Partners mette a disposizione dei propri clienti
• ricevere, attraverso il meccanismo delle notifiche push, informazioni dalla propria Agenzia circa nuovi prodotti, convenzioni, iniziative promozionali.
