Takaful APK Description

insurans mengandungi unsur Riba, Maisir dan Gharar. Maka membeli polisi insurans dan segala hasil pendapatan daripada syarikat inurans adalah haram.
2. Tanggung jawab pemegang polisi
Peserta Takaful akan menyumbang caruman untuk saling menjamin di antara semua peserta sementara pembeli insurans akan membayar premium kepada penanggung insurans. Penyertaan Takaful merupakan satu
akad di kalangan peserta tetapi pembelian insurans adalah satu kontrak di antara penginsurans dan pemegang polisi.
3. Pelaburan
Pelaburan kumpulan wang Takaful akan dilaburkan melalui instrumen pelaburan yang diharuskan dan pelaburan ini hanya akan dilakukan ke atas syarikat-syarikat yang telah dikelaskan sebagai patuh
Syariah. Penentuan ini adalah berdasarkan senarai patuh Syariah yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhan Jaya Sekuriti.
