Alright Spartans, we have a couple of big new features with this update:
Introducing Spartan FIT’s new goal-oriented, multi-week programs to take your training to the next level.
Within a workout, you can now flip your phone on its side and enjoy the new Spartan FIT landscape layout. Perfect for mirroring your phone to your TV or simply viewing the video demonstrations larger on your device.
Additionally, we’ve made some small functionality and design tweaks.

How to install Spartan FIT APK bundles for Android
Once you have downloaded an Android App Bundle, you can install it using a dedicated app bundle installer app. You can install .apks, .xapk, split apk files, and unencrypted .apkm files using the Split APKs Installer (SAI). SAI is considered the gold standard for installing app bundles in the Android community. Here’s how to use the SAI app to install split apks. Download Spartan FIT APK file (com.fitlab.spartan_502_38560852.apk) from APKBundles.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.fitlab.spartan_502_38560852.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
