If you’ve been trained on Situational Leadership® II (SLII®), or are about to be, and have been sent a password for the SLII Diagnosis app, then you’ve come to the right place.
This app is a quick reference tool for managers. It helps managers by focusing on a critical leadership moment - when the leader is preparing for a conversation with their team members.
This app will reinforce your SLII training while it helps you improve your team’s relationships and performance. The app features:
A diagnosis wizard that leads you through the process of diagnosing your people on important goals and tasks
Leadership style tips, including what to do and say, that match your people’s development levels and help you partner for performance
A brief, interactive overview of SLII to remind you of the basics
An interactive SLII Model that shows the key characteristics of each development level and matching leadership style
This app will help you use the right leadership style at the right moment in time.
How to install SLII® Diagnosis APK bundles for Android
Once you have downloaded an Android App Bundle, you can install it using a dedicated app bundle installer app. You can install .apks, .xapk, split apk files, and unencrypted .apkm files using the Split APKs Installer (SAI). SAI is considered the gold standard for installing app bundles in the Android community. Here’s how to use the SAI app to install split apks. Download SLII® Diagnosis APK file (com.kenblanchard.SLIIDiagnosis_1_1239520.apk) from APKBundles.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.kenblanchard.SLIIDiagnosis_1_1239520.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
