With Shape Up, we make it easy. Workout from home, a park or your local gym. With 6 workouts for you to choose from each week you can select the workout the best suits you! Not only do you have a choice of workouts, you get to choose from 3 different levels of difficulty meaning you can choose from up to 18 different sessions per week.
Time is probably the main reason many of us don't find time for our health and this isn't lost on us. Shape Up has been designed so that you can go through 1, 2, 3 or even 5 rounds of a session, depending on the length of time you have available. So if you only have 10-15min or even 60min available each day, Shape Up will work for you!
Education and support are two VERY important pieces of the puzzle and we supply both! It's all well and good to know what you should be eating, but you need to know WHY. With our Nutrition Education sections, you can learn something new each week about why our bodies behave a certain way to certain foods. If you're looking for more however, we offer Nutrition Coaching and Pro Coach at a discounted rate to anyone signed up to Shape Up.
We also offer support via a closed facebook page that everyone is encouraged to sign up to (Totally FREE) and share their thoughts, struggles, successes and any constructive criticism they have with the app. We'll make sure to respond and make changes where possible to keep you motivated and help make using the Shape Up App by Push Your Limits Personal Training a stress free and enjoyable experience.
