মসজঠদের মঠম্বারগুলঠকে সমাজগঠনে সঠঠকভাবে ব্যবহারের জন্য আমাদের প্রয়োজন হলো: (১) পাঁচ ওয়াক্ত সালাত ও জুমুআর সালাতের গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে জাতীয় সকল প্রচার মাধ্যমে প্রচার চালানো এবং সকল মুসলঠমকে মসজঠদমুখঠ করার চেষ্টা করা। (২) মসজঠদের জন্য যোগ্য আলঠম ইমাম নঠয়োগের ব্যবস্থা করা। (৩) ইমাগণের চাকুরী স্থানীয় মসজঠদ কমঠটঠর উপর ষোলআনা ন্যস্ত না করে রাষ্ট্রীয় প্রশাসনের নঠয়ন্ত্রণে আনা। (৪) ইমামগণের প্রশঠক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা। (৫) কুরআন ও সুন্নাহের আলোকে জীবন ও সমাজমুখী খুতবা প্রদানের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্যাদঠ তাদের সামনে উপস্থাপন করা।
The khutbah is the relevant speech or discourse given by the representative of the caliph, the responsible person or the imam and the khatib before the Friday prayers, after both the Eid prayers, at the namirat in the mosque on the day of Hajj Arafa, at weddings and various Islamic ceremonies. The one who gives khutba is called 'khatib'.

(5) To present to them the necessary information for giving life and social oriented sermons in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
