Los términos y condiciones aquí descritos se refieren a la utilización de esta aplicación para teléfonos móviles y el servicio ofrecido por el Establecimiento de comida a domicilio. Al utilizar este servicio usted debe aceptar obligatoriamente estos términos y condiciones. En caso de no estar de acuerdo con las condiciones no debe usar este servicio. Como usuario de esta aplicación y del servicio ofrecido usted debe leer y comprender totalmente todos los términos de uso expuestos aquí.
-Los requisitos para usar el servicio son: rellenar obligatoriamente sus datos personales: nombre y apellidos, dirección postal completa, ciudad y teléfono de contacto. Opcionalmente puede indicar su edad o género. Usted debe poseer un teléfono móvil compatible con la aplicación para clientes.
-El Establecimiento puede cancelar la cuenta de cualquier usuario en cualquier momento si lo considera oportuno, o rechazar cualquier pedido realizado, si detecta que sus datos son falsos, si el usuario ha realizado algún pedido anteriormente que no ha pagado, si el usuario no respeta estas condiciones, si el usuario quebranta la ley, o si el usuario realiza un fraude en el pago de su pedido.
-La forma de pago, en cualquier modalidad es siempre en efectivo.
-Las formas de envío son: entrega a domicilio y recogida en local.
-En el momento de realizar la compra, el usuario visualiza por pantalla el precio total a pagar, incluido el IVA.
-El precio de la aplicación y del servicio es gratuito. En el caso de que el usuario elija la modalidad de "Recogida en Local", el usuario debe abonar el importe total del pedido en el momento de recoger su pedido. En el caso de que el usuario elija la modalidad de "Entrega a domicilio" el usuario debe entregar en efectivo el importe total de su pedido al repartidor en el momento de la entrega. No existe ningún otro coste extra si o está indicado en la aplicación para clientes.
-El usuario se compromete a no dar datos personales falsos, y a no realizar pedidos que no quiere recibir. El receptor del pedido siempre debe ser el mismo usuario que ha utilizado la aplicación para realizar el pedido.
-Al instalarse la aplicación o enviar un pedido, también se envían datos de geolocalización del dispositivo móvil en ese momento, así como otros datos auxiliares como el modelo y número de teléfono de su teléfono móvil. El usuario conoce y acepta obligatoriamente esta característica para poder usar la aplicación y realizar un pedido.
-Para realizar un pedido en cualquier modalidad, el usuario siempre debe seguir las instrucciones mostradas en la aplicación.
-Al terminar de realizar un pedido, el usuario recibe una notificación por pantalla con la respuesta de la petición de pedido. Esta respuesta puede ser que el pedido no se pueda realizar por cualquier circunstancia. El usuario tiene la obligación de leer este mensaje para conocer el estado de su pedido.
-El usuario debe disponer de conexión a internet en su teléfono móvil para poder usar la aplicación y realizar un pedido.
-La aplicación se descarga de internet la carta completa y otros datos de uso exclusivo para la aplicación. Cada vez que se modifique la carta, esta es descarga de forma completa, incluidas imágenes.
-Los pedidos entregados a domicilio solo se realizarán dentro del horario establecido por el Establecimiento.
