PaRC APK Description
Pinoy Academic Research Courseware (PaRC) is a compendium of courses on legal, social, and ethical aspects of research in the Philippines. Topics discussed in this courseware include technology transfer, access to biological and genetic resources, invention disclosure, patents and patent search, introductory research ethics.
This app is produced by the Ethical, Legal, Social Issues (ELSI) Program of the Philippine Genome Center, in cooperation with the UP Diliman Interactive Learning Center.
