This app helps you track your workouts, including weight, reps, sets, helpful notes, time, and how long you're allowed to go between repeating each workout. In-app timer included.
This app is open source. If you know Angular and Ionic (with Cordova/Typescript/SCSS), feel free to contribute if you have any decent ideas.

How to install OpenTrackFit APK bundles for Android
