Version 2.3.1 of NEB Tools updates the restriction enzyme data used by Enzyme Finder and Double Digest. Minor updates were also made to sequential digest protocol selection and NEBioCalculator formulas. This release also addresses crash issues in version 2.3.0.
NEBtools APK Description

How to install NEBtools APK bundles for Android
