We understand that a successful hunting day largely depends on the right strategy and the right tools. MyHunt offers everything you need to support you before, during, and after the hunt. Our features are designed to make your hunting experience safer, more successful, and truly memorable.
- Create and Define Your Hunting Areas: Draw the boundaries of your hunting ground, either automatically using our map layers and land boundary data, manually using waypoints, or by importing a GPX/KML file on our web version. Invite a group of hunters to join the area and manage permissions for each person.
- Mark Points of Interest: Record the location and details of harvests, sightings (of over 300 species!), and other elements like hunting stands or towers, trail cameras, waterholes, traps, salt licks, antlers, meeting points, and much more.
- Add Routes or Subzones: Define areas within your hunting ground to divide the terrain, including prohibited zones, crops, marshes & more… Then create routes, either manually or via GPS tracking, to mark paths, blood trails, etc.
- Assign Tasks to Points of Interest: Simplify the management of your hunting ground by assigning tasks to specific users or to pins. Determine responsibilities and deadlines to improve coordination and tracking of activities.
- Real-Time Hunting Events: Create hunting events, invite your friends, and monitor the position and activity of the hunters in real-time, thus ensuring safety and efficiency during the hunt.
- Digital Hunting Diary: Detailed recording of your sightings and harvests, and those of other members of the area, including date, time, weather conditions, and more.
- Secure and Encrypted Chat: Communicate securely and share photos with other hunters within the app and receive instant notifications about everything happening in the area, such as who creates or removes a point of interest, who reserves a hunting stand, etc.
- Exportation of Harvested Game: Export lists of harvested game, filtering by time interval, and receive a .xls file with all the recorded information, from weight to location, ideal for analysis and statistics.
- Weather Forecast and Rain Radar: Including hourly data, a 7-day forecast, wind direction and strength, first and last shooting light, and solunar phases to anticipate animal behaviour and improve hunting success.
- Map Layers: Access satellite, topographic, hybrid, and water source maps, as well as land ownership and administrative boundary maps. The maps can be used offline and automatically sync changes when signal is restored.
