HIIT Gainz APK Description
HIIT Gainz is a HIIT timer app. It allows you not only to set number of rounds and duration of both intense exercise and rest periods, but also duration of the prepare for the workout and cool down periods. You can pause the workout if needed and when you are ready to resume all you need to do is to press play button.
- First you need to create a workout by clicking on plus button at the bottom right corner
- Fill in workout name, prepare time, cool down time, work time, rest time and amount of rounds that you want to workout and click save button
- All workouts are saved so you don't have to create them over and over again
- Each workout can be deleted whenever you want, just click and hold on the workout that you want to delete and workout editor will open and from there just click trash can button
