Login to set up your child’s name and age, to receive access to all the First 5 San Diego resources. Each day, based on your child’s age, daily goals are suggested.
Tap ‘Food’ for meal ideas and recipes. Once your child has finished eating you can check it off to achieve your daily goals. View the ‘Trends’ to look back at your child’s meal history. Don’t forget to check ‘Tips’ for more information on breastfeeding, formula preparation, portion sizes and more!
Tap ‘Play’ to track and achieve daily goals for getting active with your little one. ‘Exercise’ intensity differs by age, so be sure to check the ‘Suggestions’ for activities based on age.
