Finlux Remote APK Description
Finlux, in their infinite wisdom, does not publish the IR protocol used by their TV sets.
As a result, most Android IR remote apps don't work with Finlux TVs.
This annoyed me greatly, as I kept misplacing the TV remote, but always have my phone in my hand.
So I made this app.
This app has only been tested with the Finlux 40FLHY274S. Maybe it works on other Finlux TVs, maybe not.
The app is as bare-bones as possible. There are no fancy graphics. There are no advanced functions. There are only six buttons: power, source select, volume up, volume down, channel up, and channel down, because those are the only buttons I need.
On the plus side, the bare-bones approach means the app starts almost instantly, even on old phones.
How to install Finlux Remote APK bundles for Android
Once you have downloaded an Android App Bundle, you can install it using a dedicated app bundle installer app. You can install .apks, .xapk, split apk files, and unencrypted .apkm files using the Split APKs Installer (SAI).
