Die ElektroWirtschaft ist das Verbandsorgan des Bundesverbandes des Elektro-Großhandels (VEG) e.V. Von der redaktionellen Zielsetzung her wendet sich die „Elektro-Wirtschaft“ bewusst mehr an den
Kaufmann als an den Techniker in den Betrieben. Sie unterscheidet sich somit von der Mehrzahl der übrigen, vorwiegend technisch ausgerichteten Fachzeitschriften der Branche.
Bevorzugte Themen sind wirtschaftlich akzentuierte Berichte über neue Produkte und Verfahren, ausführliche Berichte über Messen und Ausstellungen, Kurzberichte aus der Elektro-Industrie, technische
Aufsätze, aufschlussreiche Statistiken usw.
In jedem Heft übermitteln Vorstand und Geschäftsführung des VEG den Elektro-Großhändlern Anregungen, Kommentare und Stellungnahmen zu aktuellen marktpolitischen Fragen, zur Lage auf bestimmten
Fachgebieten oder auch zu einzelnen Geräten und Erzeugnissen.
