Wind Down is a great new feature of Android P. It allows to switch the screen to grayscale at a certain time to prevent you from spending the whole night at your phone. This app ports the feature to older Android versions.
This app is still in beta. The app requires root access.

Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.bytehamster.winddown_1_1395138.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
