WeCare is a mobile application (Android 2.1 and above) for customers to communicate their concerns to the facilities or service provider.
The communication is
real time
accurate
informative and
easy to use
This DEMO has following modules:
AptFix : For Apartment Renters
Shop Review : For Shoppers
Transit Review : For Commuters
Hospital Review : For Patients
College Review : For Students
Additional modules will be added for other categories.
These DEMO modules will be customized for Service Providers to receive customer feedback based on their priorities.
The feedback can be
in the form of customer email (with concern details and photo) sent to the Service Provider or
in the form of 2 files (text and picture) sent and stored on web site or
by using “Contact Us” page on website (if available)
Feedback from Service Providers as well as Customers indicating their requirements and priorities will be appreciated.
How to install WeCare APK for Android [menu]
Download WeCare APK file (com.modtek.wecare_2_1571242.apk) from APKBundles.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.modtek.wecare_2_1571242.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
