WeatherStar Online is an app that gives you granulated weather forecasts, giving you access to information that lets you plan your day ahead.
With this app, you can specify your approximate location and get the weather data that you need.
You can add the app as a widget to your home screen to get instant access to the forecasts.
Permissions:
The app will ask for location permissions, which you don't have to give -- you can set the location coordinates manually, and if it can, it will still give you weather information for the location.
