Team Alert is a cloud-based alert system for sending important messages to members of an organization during an incident. The purpose is to simplify the communication between users and ensure the right users get the message as quickly as possible.
Features include:
- Alert: Send important messages to your entire organization or specific teams.
- Alarm: A type of alert which bypasses do-not-disturb and silent modes on their phones in critical situations.
- Location alerts: Target geographic areas to only alert users currently within those areas
- Positioning: Get the current location of teams. Users will always be notified that they are being positioned, and may choose to disable this feature
- SOS: Request immediate assistance from your team and give them your current location. They might be able to help while you wait for paramedics
- Track Me: Request that someone on your team tracks your location as you enter a dangerous area
- Missions: Send an alarm if you don't check in at a certain time
- Conference calls: Start a phone conference call with a team
