Thông qua các hệ thống quản lý và cơ sở dữ liệu, Svnet cung cấp cho sinh viên và nhà trường những công cụ tiện ích nhất:
- Hệ thống giúp nhà trường quản lý dễ dàng các thông tin về hoạt động, các sinh viên tham gia, và các đề xuất nguyên vọng của sinh viên đóng góp cho nhà trường
- Hệ thống quản lý tài khoản SSO giúp sinh viên sử dụng duy nhất 1 tài khoản cho toàn bộ các công cụ và tiện ích của nhà trường. Sinh viên có thể tra cứu các hoạt động ngoại khóa của trường, nhận thông báo về các hoạt động, trao đổi các thông tin ngoại khóa đã đăng ký tham gia.
- Đặc biệt, hệ thống hỗ trợ tích điểm khi sinh viên tham gia hoạt động ngoại khóa của trường bằng công nghệ quét mã QR mà không cần dùng đẠn thẻ sinh viên hay các giấy tờ khác.
