The app provides education and resources to help you learn how to eat for health, performance and/or body composition management.
With SportsDietitian.com, we provide nutrition services worldwide using our secure Telehealth (video consultations) platform, secure direct messaging and education through your personalised resource library.
SportsDietitian.com supports individual tailored nutrition services provided by the team at SportsDietitian.com. The app includes free programs for healthy eating advice and everyday nutrition, education videos to answer general questions, and recipes to inspire you to live a healthier life.
Our dietitians are qualified Registered Dietitians (USA & UK) or Accredited Practising Dietitians (Australia), with additional training in sports specific nutrition as well as personal experience as athletes.
Our dietitians provide nutrition advice to people ranging from weekend warrior to elite athletes. We have worked with athletes to reach World Championships, Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and National level Professional Sporting Competitions. We have helped people change their lives and sports performance with nutrition through achieving a major sporting goal, or achieving good health. Popular programs include marathon nutrition, channel swimming nutrition and Ironman nutrition.
