The Service Pro App - by Ottevanger Services is a personal tool for operators or technical staff within the grain -and feed processing industry in order to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of the installations.
Through the app it is possible in just a few steps to order spare parts, place service request or trouble assistance. Pre-defined forms can be filled in quick and easy.
Visualize specific parts and requests by adding pictures and video’s to the forms. You will receive directly a confirmation of your request.
The app can be used with or without internet connection.
Quick order spare parts
Order specific spare parts just in a few steps (minutes). With our pre-defined forms it’s ease to order spare parts or request a quotation for specific spare parts. Attach pictures and video’s to visualize spare parts and after receive directly a confirmation of your request.
Service requests
Select the type of request and send easily your request to our service & maintenance department. Do you have a service related question, a urgent problem or inspection?
Select, fill in a short, the pre-defined form and send.
Service inspections
Easy request an on-site service inspection by selecting the type of inspection you wish. Our service department will contact you to inform about the different options.
