This new version is a complete rebuild, making it a more user friendly app to process your lab results. Some of the added features are:

- Result Authorization
- MLP display & checking during Result Entry and LES
- Image/File selection from photo stream/directory
This version has been developed in line with the Thermo Fisher Scientific Quality Management System, and is tested on the following platforms:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8”
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7”

The Thermo Scientific SampleManager Mobile app lets you connect to SampleManager LIMS using a mobile device. The app can be used in the lab or out in the field, for data acquisition or result entry.
The SampleManager Mobile app supports the following features by default:
• Result entry & authorization by test
• Result entry & authorization by sample
• Receive samples
• Move samples
• Create lab execution tasks
• Execute lab execution tasks
The app uses your device's camera to scan barcodes and upload photos (as file results) from the photo stream or directly from the camera.
Your system administrator can set up your SampleManager server with extra auxiliary functions accessible through the app. These let you perform simple changes to data items, for example changing the priority of a sample or the status of a test.
If SampleManager LES is available on your SampleManager instance, the mobile app can create and execute lab execution tasks.
The app is configurable to use any language available on your SampleManager server.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The SampleManager Mobile app requires a connection to SampleManager LIMS 11.2 or higher.
The app has been developed in line with the Thermo Fisher Scientific Informatics Quality Management System, and was initially tested on the following platforms:
• Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7" (Android 6.0)
• Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7" (Android 6.0)
How to install SampleManager Mobile APK for Android [menu]
Download SampleManager Mobile APK file (com.thermofisher.mobile.android.samplemanager_20230925_38653858.zip) from APKBundles.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Download Split APKs Installer (SAI)
- Download and unzip file you already downloaded (com.thermofisher.mobile.android.samplemanager_20230925_38653858.zip)
- Open Split APKs Installer and follow steps on this app.
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Using Emulator:
- Download And Install one Emulator Softwares (Ex: Bluestacks, GenyMotion, NoxPlayer)
- Download and unzip file com.thermofisher.mobile.android.samplemanager_20230925_38653858.zip.
- Using ADB or Split APKs Installer same as install for Android.
