Éste estará adaptado a tus necesidades individuales, capacidades, dolencias y tu experiencia con el ejercicio físico.
Con tu entrenador personal podrás incluso individualizar tu entrenamiento en relación a tu puesto de trabajo, ya sea sedentario, mixto o activo, proponiendo SNACKS. Estos son breves propuestas de ejercicio para que realices dentro de tu jornada laboral para evitar molestias y mejorar tu bienestar.
