Estimated Blood Volume Based on Body Surface Area is on Smetannikov-Hopkins formula.
Plasma Volume and red cell volume from Body Surface Area is on Hurley formulas.
Impact of Pregnancy on Intravascular Volumes on Peck table.
Valid blood loss os 0,5% of body weight.
Blood loss is on Moore formula.
