In order to make full use of Mercedes PRO connect, you as the driver will be provided with your own App. Use of the Mercedes PRO connect App requires an active driver account. In addition, your company must purchase and enable the corresponding products.

With the Mercedes PRO connect App, you as the driver remain connected to your vehicle - at any time and anywhere quite simply with your smartphone. Depending on the booked Mercedes PRO connect product you can, for example, call up Vehicle Supervision and check the charging process or the tyre pressure. You can also check whether the doors and windows are closed and, if necessary, lock or unlock your vehicle. You have everything in view, even at a distance.
The Mercedes PRO connect App offers the following basic functions, for example:
• The "Dashboard Management" in the App provides you with an overview of the key vehicle information - such as the charge state of the battery and fuel levels - and allows you to make administrative settings.
• The "Vehicle Finder" function can give you navigation instructions to your vehicle from your current location.
