HIIT, high intensity interval timer, is a no frills interval training timer. You may specify a number of seconds for the active period of your training routine, the number of seconds for the rest period and optionally the number of seconds during the rest period to warn in advance. When the prepare period is specified HIIT will play an alarm sound the specified number of seconds before the end of the rest period and then again when the rest period ends and active period begins.
HIIT requires no permissions and does not display ads. HIIT does not upload your times to anywhere nor does it track your performance. Just workout!
