The fitlife app is the official mobile app for fitlife - a Personalized Health Solutions based on Your DNA. With a simple DNA sample, fitlife allows you to discover how your genes affect your diet and fitness. With the fitlife app, you can:
- Chat with your personal health coach on-demand for questions about diet and exercises
- Log your food and have it reviewed and rated by health coaches
- Access your DNA results anywhere, anytime
Please remember to register your fitlife DNA collection kit and set up your personal account on fitlife.hk, and you will be able to log in to fitlife app with your personal account.
