'ELIF' is the story of a good-hearted girl who becomes the key player in the rivalries of the Emiroglu family. Elif is six years old when her mother, Melek, gives her away to the rich Emiroglu family, where she will grow up as a maid just like her mother did. Although Elif does not know it, she is the daughter of Kenan Emiroglu, the first-born of the family. Kenan was in love with Melek, but is convinced that she abandoned him years ago.
