Solução para o Condómino:
- Reportar ocorrência com fotografia;
- Possibilidade de criar/continuar o registo da ocorrência em modo off-line e enviar na presença da rede;
- Caso o condomínio tenha contrato de manutenção, o técnico irá automaticamente receber a ocorrência na sua App.

Solução para o técnico (fornecedores e colaboradores internos):
- Pode reportar uma ocorrência, tal como o condómino, no entanto fica a indicação que foi o técnico que reportou;
- Lista de tarefas pendentes, com o histórico e a possibilidade de fechar a tarefa com o relatório técnico;
- Visitas a locais de manutenção, bastando fazer a leitura do código QR do local de manutenção;
- Possiblidade de acumular diversas visitas em modo off-line e comunicar na presença de uma rede;
- Notificações de tarefas assignadas com suporte ao Android Wear (smartwatch).
