This app is made as a research tool and a proof of concept, i.e. gamification of micro-location technologies.
iOS iBeacon emulator or programmable beacons are needed to use this app.
For the initial beacon use UUID "e2c56db5-dffb-48d2-b060-d0f5a71096e0", Major "0", Minor "0";
For the end beacon use UUID "e2c56db5-dffb-48d2-b060-d0f5a71096e0", Major "0", Minor "1";
How to install Beaco APK for Android [menu]
Download Beaco APK file (com.nikvas.beaco_2_11040940.apk) from APKBundles.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
