The newest Align application from O.C. Tanner supports managers in their performance management program. This very simple app allows managers to keep track of their one-on-ones with each of their employees.
You can add a team of any size. For each employee you can keep a coaching log of what you have discussed in your one-on-one meetings. Use the app to keep track of the insights that will help you build a relationship of trust with your employees.

How to install Align Leadership APK for Android [menu]
Download Align Leadership APK file (com.octanner.android.align_25_8487292.apk) from APKBundles.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
