특히, 일정기간 이상 거주요건이 설정된 지역(예를 들어 공고일로부터 1년)에서 공급하는 주택에 청약하려는 분이 해당 기간동안 해외 체류 사실이 있는 경우, 주민등록표등본상 해당 주택건설지역 거주시작일에도 불구하고 최근 입국하여 실제 거주한 날부터 ‘거주시작일’을 입력하고 신청해야 합니다.
만약 입주자로 선정되었으나, 출입국 관련 사실증명 확인 결과 위 사항을 위반하였음이 확인된 경우 부적격 처리될 수 있음을 유의해야 합니다.
