「減走糖尠」App由香港大學護理學院及科創砒新 TELI (Technology-Enriched Learning Initiative) 共同開發，旨在協助用家透過建立健康生活模式，控制體重及預防糖尠病。
「減走糖尠」App的主要功能：
1. 記錄及管理健康指數，包括體重、腰圍、血糖、血脂及血壓等
2. 記錄及自我檢視生活模式，包括運動及飲食行為
3. 訂立及蠽蹤健康目標
4. 提供了以實証為本的「減走糖尠」網上課程，影片內容圍繞有助控制體重及預防糖尠病的健康生活知識及技能，並配合不同強度的運動短片，推動用家建立健康生活模式，控制體重及預防糖尠病
