30 Tage - Plank Challenge APK Description
Dies ist meine kleine Motivation die Challenge zu meistern.
Die App gibt Dir vom 01. Februar bis zum 01. März die täglich zu schaffenden Sekunden in der Plank Challenge vor. Zusätzlich steht es Dir frei einen beliebigen Tag aus der Challenge zu wählen um die dort vorgegebenen Sekunden zu trainieren.
Während des Trainings kannst Du pausieren oder abbrechen. Den Ton kannst Du leider nicht ausschalten, dafür bietet dein Smartphone schon eine hinreichend erprobte Möglichkeit ;).
Das ganze basiert auf Webtechnologien, ist also "quasi" eine Webseite, diese findest Du ebenfalls unter:
