'원넘버’는 워치에서도 휴대폰과 같은 번호로 통화 및 메시지를 이용할 수 있는 서비스입니다.
1. 이용방법
- '원넘버' 앱을 설치하여, 프로세스에 따라 가입절차를 진행해주세요.
- 워치로 전송된 인증번호를 스마트폰에 입력하면 가입이 완료됩니다. (워치의 인증번호는 스마트폰과 워치의 블루투스 연결이 해제되어 있어야 전송됩니다.)
※ 일부 워치는 스마트폰에 워치 전용매니저 앱을 설치하여, 스마트폰과 워치를 페어링한 후 원넘버 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 주요기능
- 원넘버 사용 ON/OFF 설정
- 수신방법 설정
- 서비스 해지
- 연결기기 변경
- 블루투스 연결/해제에 따른 원넘버 자동 설정 변경 기능 (삼성워치 제공)
3. 이용가능 단말
- 휴대폰: 안드로이드 버전 4.0 이상의 스마트폰
- 워치: 갤럭시워치4, 갤럭시워치액티브2, 갤럭시워치3, 갤럭시워치, 기어S3, LG워치 스포츠, LG워치 어베인2
※ LG워치 어베인(LG-W120L) 사용자는 워치에서 원넘버 연결 요청 후, '통화도우미' 앱의 원넘버 메뉴에서 등록하여 사용할 수 있습니다.
4. 유의사항
- 스마트폰과 워치가 모두 LG U+이어야 합니다.
- 스마트폰과 워치의 명의자가 같아야 합니다.
- 듀얼넘버 서비스와 중복 가입이 불가합니다. '통화도우미' 앱에서 해당 서비스 해지 후 원넘버 서비스에 가입할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 다운로드/업데이트 시 데이터 통화료가 발생할 수 있습니다.

서비스 이용을 위해 반드시 필요한 권한입니다.
- 전화 : 앱 업데이트를 위한 버전 확인 및 본인인증시 휴대폰 번호확인을 위해 사용됩니다.
※안드로이드 6.0 미만의 휴대폰을 이용하시는 경우, 일부 접근권한에 대해 동의가 불가합니다.
이에 접근권한에 대해 설정하시려면 안드로이드 6.0 이상으로 업그레이드하셔야 하며, 업그레이드 이후 앱을 재설치하시어 접근권한을 재설정 부탁드리겠습니다.
