スマートフォン（4G LTE/5G）の設定・操作方法が分からない場合など、KDDIオペレー゠による遠隔操作で、お客さまのご利用をサポートします。 「遠隔操作サポート」では、遠隔でお客さまのスマートフォン（4G LTE/5G）の画面を「共有」（注1、注2、注3、注4）させていただき、各種設定や操作方法をご案内致します。 また、操作はお客さまに確認させていただきながら実施しますので、安堃してご利用いただけます。
注1）お問い合わせ内容により、お電話のだのサポートとさせていただく場合があります。（例：デー゠の削除やパスワード入力など）
注2）お問い合わせ内容によっては解決できない場合もあります。
注3）お客さまのご利用環境によっては円滑に画面が共有されず、本サービスをご利用になれない場合があります。
