والذكر عبادة سهلة يسرها الله تعالى علي عبده، في غير تعب ولا مشقة لذلك يجبُ أنْ تكون ذاكِرًا لربك في كل أحوالِك ﴠ الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَى جُنُوبِهِمْ ﴾ [آل عمران: 191]، فالمسلم يجب أنْ يكون دائم الذكر لله عز وجل فذكر الله يثبِّت القلب ويشرح الصدر ويريح البال، وبالذكر تطمئن القلوب وترتاح الأبدان وتكشف الهموم وتنجلي الكربات يقول الله تبارك وتعالى: "ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ".
